What care at Innovative Urology looks like.
Specialist depth, without the throughput feel. Decisions are explained in plain language; tradeoffs are stated honestly; coordination across settings is the practice’s job, not yours.
The surgeon is the practice.
Your evaluation is with Dr. Savatta. Your follow-up is with Dr. Savatta. Robotic procedures, when one is needed, are performed by Dr. Savatta — not delegated to a trainee.
Coordinated across settings.
Telehealth, office, hospital, and procedure-based care run on one chart and one schedule. The handoffs that usually drop in larger systems do not drop here.
Evidence over default.
Treatment recommendations are matched to your disease, anatomy, and goals — not to the platform that's most convenient. We tell you when another approach is the better answer.
HIPAA-secure follow-up.
Initial contact through this site is general only. After we connect, all clinical communication moves to a secure channel that meets HIPAA requirements.

Two decades of robotic urologic firsts in New Jersey.
Dr. Domenico Savatta is a board-certified urologic surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He performed New Jersey’s first robotic prostatectomy in 2004, the first robotic partial nephrectomy in 2005, and the first robotic cystectomy later that same year. In 2007 he led the first live telecast of a robotic radical nephrectomy at the American Urological Association annual meeting. Over 5,000 robotic procedures have followed.
